I’d question why Naruto seems like not his usual body type but if the girls’ proportions can be greatly exaggerated than I guess it’s fair game even though it’s clearly just an edit and Hinata is just banging a random fat ass or Raikage or something.

I know for a fact that the existence of Boruto the annoyance plays a pivotal role in why they don't give any fucks about NaruHina anymore. One of the reasons for Hinata NTR but it makes sense somewhat.

I think in part it is because they establish Naruto many shadowclones doing the most menial of task, but doesn't have time to spend with his own family.
