Considering the large size and resolution of the image, and that it's otherwise very nicely painted, it's actually kind of astonishing that her feet are drawn so poorly, like the author based them on a crude 3D model he saw.

Feet are pretty damn hard to draw, admittedly, and requires a lot of practice and anatomical study.
