It's not. Look at her left shoulder, and the way her left wrist is angled, so that she can point the camera-phone at the reflection she's clearly aiming off of.

Also, you can't see it because her leg is in the way, but her torso is also bent, at the hips, ever so slightly to the left, so you can see her face from behind her legs.

I only know this is the case because I've seen actual girls take selfies like this.
