He probably isn't dead. I mean, how many characters really died in One Piece? Bellamy and Ace afaik. Others where dead at the beginning of the story and you saw how they died in a flashback (like Doc Bader) or they just survived every beating they took. Even all those villians are still alive after Luffy/Zoro/whoever beated the crap out of them.
I'm sure Bon Clay still lives until otherwise confirmed

I think he's probably dead. Magellan looked pissed, and he hasn't exactly shown mercy to anyone else.

And good ol' Ivancov isn't about to heal Bon Clay this time.

In the world of One Piece a death isn't official unless you see it and or there's a funeral.

Though, Magellan was seething with poison at the time, but I doubt he'd go on a poison Hydra spree with so many of his men around. That and Teach and his crew where still in the prison.
