I would also disagree on calling her Evil.
*spoilers*
she was "made" to procreate her species in other dimensions after learning all she could about the most dominate species on the target planet, which is no different then the human instincts to procreate and learn as well.
Thus she is acting upon her instincts using the knowledge that she learnt from the main contacts of Humanity she encountered, unfortunately for her both contacts were somewhat abnormal thus effects her behaviour.
In the game the only ones that I can consider being "Evil" are human
