well Rittless, its because he is a monster, he is teaching other monsters how to rape a tiny girl properly so her brain taste better once you eat her (its from a guro comic), using a drug that boost her sensitivy so much that she will have a hearth atack in 2 hours and he teaches the proper ways of rape her before she dies for the drug and eat her fream alive once she climaxed so much that she cant actually feels anything else and so the pain and fear dissapear allowing the monster to enter the sweetest part of the brain
