The only reason i can even guess people would put this music in to their porn or whatever, is to piss people off.
I also have adblock, but i can`t block it on my phone which would make anyone crazy.
If they wanted us to enjoy it instead of pissing us off, they would use the normal music that belonged with the dance.

If you're on Android you can web browse with adblocking by using a different web browser. Vivaldi mobile has it built-in, Firefox lets you install uBlock Origin adblocking extension, and there are other browser that have it built-in as well. Those two are the ones I have used personally. I use Vivaldi currently. It makes the mobile web much, much better.

It won't help any for ads in games & apps however.
