beako, her name is beako. she started as just the eye but as the meme evolved she became a small loli-girl. originally it was a lash at lolicons, the eye would show up just before a good part and say something along the lines of "dam you lolicon bastards" but eventually the whole thing became a joke and now she says it in a way that would only incite more lolicon-ivity
