Okay this took me like most of an hour since I had to manipulate the image a lot to make it legible to online OCR tools since even the explanation text is paywalled on the Fantia page. But after all that, this is what I've managed to discern:
A
At 7pm, a detailed masturbation / voyeur video is set to be automatically posted on multiple video sites (I think it says along with her personal information).
B
There is a memory card in the ball. It contains the list of video sites that the video will be posted, along with the credentials necessary to log into the accounts and cancel the scheduled video publishing.
C
Ball gag under the mask, with cloth pushed into the mouth, presumably to absorb saliva and prevent excessive drooling.
On the inside of the gag fastener is a switch. When the switch is triggered (i.e. when the gag is unfastened), a strong current flows into the memory card in the ball, and the recorded information is destroyed.

So for anyone who is still a bit confused about how this is a predicament, she can't scream for help (or even draw any attention to herself) because if someone else tries to remove her ballgag, they won't know to disable the switch discussed in paragraph C, and therefore the electric current will destroy the SD card, leaving her with no way to prevent the publishing of the lewd video later that evening. She instead needs to manage to stay there and not draw any excessive attention to herself (and hope nobody bumps into her!) until 4pm at which point she can reach her back fastener and unlock her legs and free herself from the fake legs. Then while crouching she will be able to move her bound hands under her feet round to her front, where she can then get the key. After she gets her fingers free she can safely remove the gag after disabling the switch. And then she can remove the lewd toy legs with her details on it and get home and cancel the video publishing. One final little fun part of it is that of course she has between 4pm and 7pm to do all that. So if the bus stop is still very busy at 4pm, she may want to wait longer until there is a good moment to free herself when nobody is looking. But maybe there will be no good window... she can't know unless she waits longer.
