Sorry guys this pretty much never happened. Granted it is tame compaired to waht they did near the end of each story arc. Although I don't think Hanyuu would be hanged over anything for that matter.

The only way that this would of happened is something that was in the visual novels. And they won't be out translated until the end of this year it seems.
