No. There is no guided_breast_grab tag in use. On Gelbooru, posts belong to tags, rather than the other way around. The creation of brand new tags must be discussed and agreed upon before it is allowed.

Tagging is easy. First, you must register an account. This is a simple process which only requires a username and a password. No email address required, though is is definitely recommended, since without one there is no way to reset your password, and it is impossible to add an email address to your account after creation.

After you have your account, simply click Edit underneath a picture. This will open the tagging suite. Simply edit what's in the text boxes and click "Save changes" to edit the tags.

I found the source, although I think that the game's title is way too long for a tag.
The whole title is:
