You may regret knowing this, but basically... neither of them are happy about doing these titfucks. Sakaki's pretending the dick is a turtle between her breasts, thinking she'll name it Pierre and take it home and take care of it. Kagura is just plain pissed off, but determined not to lose to Sakaki, and trying to figure out how she's staying so composed.
