I've seen some really disturbing stuff from torture, pedophilia, and really gross stuff, but this image is truly disturbing, at least for anyone who knows the anime, especially the last season...
I very much prefer the scene where Rika chairs Satoko. This narcissistic brat deserved so much worse...

Out of context, this looks cute. But yeah seeing the current gou and sotsu anime of Higurshi puts this in a creepy light.
