A pregnant belly does nothing to reduce the lust a boy has for his sexy mommy. Some even find it invigorating having the fruit of their love so visible, since it's a ego-boosting sign that he has claimed her for his own, and that she belongs to him. If he has his way, she'll probably spend the next several years filled with his children. And if she's a good mother, she'll have no problem with that.
