Anon4, it's not a comment about the Censorship, it's a comment about the Tagging. The pic was tagged "Uncensored" at one point, and he was commenting that the tag was inaccurate.

also, the term "Pointless" censorship doesn't refer to a complaint about a censor job. If anything, it's pretty close to the opposite in most cases. It refers to when a pic is censored (and therefore, legal in japan), but censored in a way that it hides almost nothing, thereby rendering the censorship pointless.
