My headcannon:

The succubus is seducing the angel into losing her holy powers. In sex, the vagina 'receives,' while the penis 'gives.' So by giving her a penis, the angel now has the previously-unknown ability to 'give' her essence (or her holy powers) through her orgasm.

From there, all the succubus had to do was convince her to orgasm. Not difficult for a succubus, especially when dealing with someone experiencing something as strange and interesting as new genetalia.

In short, the angel just accidentally fell. I expect to see that halo break soon.
