I'm pretty sure the Naruto and Chidori positions aren't meant to be reflections of the same named characters.
Chidori means "Thousand birds chirping" in Japanese.
Naruto means "Maelstrom" in Japanese.
These might be some sort of metaphor or reference to the particular sexytimes going on in those boxes, but I could be wrong.
