Shirou and Illya are not blood-relatives, they are in fact not related in any way, so why it says 'siblings' as tag is beyond me. I don't know how to edit this however -.-;;

it still counts. Her blood-relative adopted him, so they became siblings, blood or not.

She begins to treat him as a big brother near the end of Fate/Stay Night, but you also have to consider them in more than just Fate/Stay Night. After all, Shirou is big brother to the Magical Girl Illya in her spinoff comic.
