Okay,the game is Soushinjutsu 3,and the guy's name is Takaki.This is the game's "harem ending".The pregnant girl's name is Saori,I forget the rest of their names.

Anyway,about his "ability",it's a mix of actual hypnosis and psychic waves,with some seduction thrown in here and there.The girl who's pregnant (Saori) was the person who unintentionally helped him gain his ability.

Saori has that same ability,but it's MUCH weaker and after she gets drunk with (inferior) power,Takaki completely takes over her mind when the two of them have a showdown.
