Maybe they'll actually DO something. I mean, for an "evil organization" bent on using Pokemon for great and terrible things, they never really DID anything. "BEHOLD! A Masterball! With this, no Pokemon is safe!... now go catch a Pikachu or something, I've got paperwork or something... plus that gym I run... maybe a nap later."

I don't get what the big threat was, they were just an over-fantasized cock fighting organization. At least the ones in later games tried to summon demi-god Pokemon to reshape the world.

Well the problem with Team Rocket is that Red and Green were BOTH in their region!
If they were both in Johto, Hoenn, or Sinnoh, I don't think the other Organizations could've done any better
