I think these guys are stacked by how much the bottom character likes them.

Of course, Kyon has been lusting after Mikuru, then likes Yuki because she's so trustworthy (first to tell him she was an alien) and then Haruhi simply because she's less confusing than Itsuki, who he thinks is a creepy stalker.

No, I think Kyon's on the bottom because haruhi would make him do it, then the others are going in decreasing strength.

The second tower has Haruki on the bottom because he's a manly man, Then moving up by strength having Kyonko on top because she's the lightest.
