The translation I get from this is that she created her own problems. but is cowardly and runs away from them instead of facing them and accepting her responsibility and fate. She has survived thus far by dragging others down with her and destroying their worlds.

But now she is at the point where she no longer has such sanctuaries to hide in. She has used up everyone and everything around her, and those that are still left no longer have the desire to protect her from herself.

Time to face reality, kid. Reap what you sow.
