Considering those pills came from blister packs, I'm going to assume the dumbasses did some bong hits and then took a bunch of nyquil which is why they look so fucked up (except riamu, this is probably her first time smoking pot and she's one of the kinds of people that get horrible anxiety when stoned).
Actually, noticing the can by AA-12, her (and maybe needy overdose girl) may have been drinking too, which would *really* explain why they look so fucked up, based on my own personal experience (and poor life decision to have done so)
