Havin' trouble adding notes for some reason but here are a few corrections that need to be made.
Natasha is actually Nastasha.
The one next to Emma is Null (aka Grey Fox) with a Genome Soldier abover her.
The one on Housemen's left is Gene and under Housemen is Teliko.
To the left of MGS4 Raiden is Python.
The one above Fortune is a MGS2 Haven Trooper.
Next to Nastasha is her former hubby Richard Ames - MGS2 Raiden is right beside him.
Top left corner is Strangelove with a FROG and Chico both on her right (and maybe evena Resistance Member).
The brunette smoking on the left is Amanda .
On Sokolov;s left is Cécile.
In this order the one's on Master Miller's(Liquid's) right is Paz, Ramón and Coldman.
Mk.II is in Ocelots hands.
Kerotan is the frog beside Hideo.
The Otacon right above The Fear might actually be Huey.
The one tagged as "Leader of Central Intelligence" is Roger McCoy with Venus (in red) next to him.
Liquid should be tagged next to Old Snake.
Oh and some one accidentally spelled KGB as KBG

Also it just dawned on my the guy in the red tie next to Vamp is the president from MGS2 and Screaming Mantis is tagged twice (not sure who the duplicate character is supposed to be)
Just hide these comments when it's all said and done :3

The girl in red beside Scott Dolph is Venus from MGA2, the sergeant beside paramedic looks like the Sergeants from portable ops, the little boy next to the haven soldier's name is Chico from Peace Walker, and the guy in the very top left with the glasses is Kazuhira Miller also from PW. And there ya go.
