Oh now this is just an insult.

I will accept the minuscule black bars, given that they do not, in actuality, cover anything up.
I will accept the mosaics, as annoying as they are- Done well, they do little to obscure the point of the picture at hand.

It's rather easy to decensore this. Just open it in IE and mark it with your mouse. There are a lot of these pictures across the net. Just klick the "open in internet explorer" link on the left side and see for yourself.
