I found this on an ancient "image shrine" that somehow is still up today after around 20 years. It's one of the first ecchi image sites I ever visited and one of the first mai images I ever loved as a young lad (I tried to print it out in multiple pages so I could make a huge poster that I'd glue to a bristol board and hide behind my shelf, lol).

If anyone knows the artist or has the original version of this of mai in her original red colour, please share! It's old so it's tiny, so I upscaled it for myself, but that distorts the original image somewhat so I stuck to uploading the original here.

Also on a side-note, the tag "clothed_erect_nipples" is so awkward and I keep forgetting it... rather wish it was "erect_nipples_under_clothes".
