not really "science," it is just a design/blue print for mechanics. should be something like "architectual" or "technological"

Judging by the schematic on the wall, I'm going to say it's an aircraft design, so "architectural" wouldn't fit. "engineering" or "aeronautics" would be most appropriate, "technological" could also fit. As could science IF you assume that the craft is designed to test and/or demonstrate aeronautic principles rather than simply applying them.
