The genderswap factor is in the series of images. If you follow all of them, it's a succubus tentacle-raping a man, turning him into a woman, then turning said woman into another succubus. This is the woman -> succubus stage.

I don't think this is "genderswap". If you'll notice, the new Demoness didn't have a dick in the first place. She was almost flat, but I don't think she used to be a man.
