Its a shiny charizard. THey are black with red skin where the green is.

THough I didnt even recognize it until I clicked on it.

@Anon2: Usually there are AT LEAST 2 variations on the shiny color. For example, There is the Red Scyther (which I caught in the Bug Catching Contest in the Silver Version) and the other colored on, and The Gold Scizor and the Black Scizor. (BTW, Red Scyther Evolves into Gold Scizor).
