Normally I graze images but this required some input. One, the artwork is fairly decent but what is up with the spider fingers? I thought for a moment that the 'heaven and hell' comment was about the tarantulas crawling over the male's genital area.

Secondly I'm curious as to why it would be like being in heaven and hell. For whom? She doesn't look unwilling to give the oral. (despite the spider fingers)I think it would be amazing to have an authoritative figure like Cybil going down on me. Maybe I'm just odd...
