Here's what Thref has to say concerning this mamono:

Just like the other Yukionna, Except with two noticeable additions: Ice Breath, and Yukiwarashi.

The Ice Breath ability poses an extra danger, which is strange seeing as this Mamono hails from the Zipangu Region, and that the other description is less forceful in nature in that regard.

The Yukiwarashi is also interesting, the main point being that they become Yukionna. What does that mean, exactly?
Does it merely mean grown up or is there some other ritual/transformation type thing involved there?

Also, Diet has changed to include Mens Spiritual Energy.
The old image showed more skin.

I'll see if WoT has time later for me to comment on the New Bubble Slime Mamono Girl through his account.
