This looks like an AU variant on the boat trip to the Duelist Kingdom tournament in the Yu-Gi-Oh manga. Kujaki Mai was complaining about having to sleep in the common area, but Dinosaur Ryuzaki invited her to share his room. She accepted and started acting interested in him.

Inside Ryuzaki's room, Mai said that she liked strong men, as long as they were stronger than her, and she challenged Rex to a Duel. If Ryuzaki won, she would do whatever he wanted all night long, and if she won, she would get the room to herself. In this version of the story, she loses. Ryuzaki makes her put on a harpy-themed cosplay costume and takes her to bed.

Rough translation of the first part of the dialog:

Mai: Shit...I can't believe I'm losing to a kid like this...! What's more, you prepared this costume as if you was aiming for this! You brought something like this onto the ship, you precocious brat...!

Ryuzaki: Indeed, I thought if I could get a harpy-using woman who perfectly fits my tastes...
