First off, considering the speed Hoothoot's legs move at (they're ALWAYS moving, and you only see one leg) maybe its wings move at the same speed. If that were the case, then Hoothoot would officially be the fastest Pokemon ever created.

Second, after reading Anon7's comment I looked at Ho-oh and noticed something: he's doing his best NOT to look at Lugia.
