From what I can read of the text, the upper text is "Warudame Surijyaya" while the lower text reads "Purakotte".

... Whoops. Er, made a mistake, I just realized.

The last character in "Warudame" isn't a Me, it's actually Na. So the upper text reads "Warudana Surijaya".
