Yuuno's defense is ridiculously strongly though, and possessed Nanoha here doesn't seem to have Raising Heart. Also, Yuuno can involuntarily teleport people. That's broken as hell if you use it offensively.

correct. It has been said time and time again in this story that Yuuno's magical potential could out match even the strongest individuals. However, he doesn't use his magical abilities offensively. Sort of a waste.
