Nagato's eyes got shinier? Or did they change size? Either way, she doesn't change much over the years at all, she still looked the same age three years before the beginning of the story when Haruhi looked like a loli. I have a feeling that she will look like a teenager for decades, maybe centuries.

@903548 Well, her body didn't age during Endless Eight, even though her mind still retained its memories.
That being said, she also looked exactly the same as the present both times that Kyon went back in time, which means that she may not have physically aged at all anyways.
