The tag "epic" is to be used in a more classical sense - something on a very large scale, such as a gigantic army, or a large meteor strike. It is not to be used as a synonym for "awesome" or "cool".
"manly" is to be used for extremely masculine character traits, such as the body types of many of the characters in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. This tag isn't for images where a character within gives the impression of being a man - it's for images that make you feel like less of one yourself.
Neither of these tags apply here.
