She'll give him all the food he can eat :D. I also believe she'll take advantage of the fact that he'll have finally hit puberty when he's 19. By that I mean she'll get completely naked in front of him to give him an erection and fuck for 24 hours straight with Luffy in gear 2nd the whole time.

For one thing, he better get taller like all the strong people in OP are, at LEAST as tall as Hancock. Don't wanna see Hancock fucking somebody who might as well be a midget in proportion to her.
