No, it is definitely a ACR. A scar would have a shorter barrel and the magazine would also be different since the Scar can only hold twenty rounds, while that mag is clearly a 30 round.

The Scar-L (mk16) uses stanag 4179 mags. same as the m16, m4, ACR, ARX, K1, SIG 556...hell a lot of weapons systems. You're probably thinking of the mk17cqc model which has a shortened barrel and uses 7.62 NATO ammo instead of 5.56 NATO. You can however distinguish it as a SCAR due to the bolt release level that isn't present on ACR models and the type of charging handle used. Either way, a lovely piece of art.
