Teto isn't in Project Diva.

Project Diva is a Crypton Future Media-only video game. Neru and Haku became recognized by Crypton, so they're included.

Well she may have been thrown in there and we're overlooking her (not to be included as part of the game obviously, just because . . she's awesome). But anyway, UTAU is a different voice synthesizing thing and it's free so if someone were to put UTAUs in Project Diva and sell it that'd be . . . wrong, right? Since it'd be based on UTAU. . . well whatever, cute picture.
