Anon3, if we're referring to the manga/comic:

Pearl is the 'rival' in DPP games, he's the blond guy with the white and orange shirt. And HES NOT in the picture.

Blue is the girl from Leaf green and Fire red, whose not in the picture is Green (Gary), the rival in Red Yellow Blue Green FireRed and Leaf Green.

And Yellow is a girl who didn't appear in the games.

How come our Kanto heroes get jipped? They should have the legendary birds or at least Mewtwo and Mew! Sure, the starters are great in that region but c'mon, everyone has uber legendaries, give them the same love.
