Well, in an actually fight, if you could get behind the person you're attacking not just a blind spot, but where they're most vulnerable... but it truly does seem that it's pulled off too often in this series too easily.......

Isn't "Cut your enemy down from behind" something that the Shinigami teach people to do? I think I remember Rukia telling Ichigo that soo many years ago and Aizen reminding Soifon how strange it was for her not to at least try stealth.
