Not entirely sure why, but I've always disliked the name 'Yayoi' (heaven forfend I ever end up with a girlfriend designated such), maybe because it sounds so similar to 'yaoi', I suppose. (^_^;)

Anyway, her surname was wrong (that kanji is always read as 'sugi', so I don't know where 'gami' came from), and the old translation was very stilted, not to mention contained way too many Japanese affectations. Hopefully, this one makes them sound a lot more like real people. (^w^)
