Not entirely sure, but shouldn't this be tagged to include StrikerS among the list of Nanoha series?
I remember Fate and Nanoha to be practically flat-chested in A's, versus their far-bustier counterparts in StrikerS.
Not that seeing a far more modest chest on the pair here is a bad thing.
