Cause i thought this was the episode where they visit him in the hospital and after she opens the door he shows up in front of her with his feet attached to the ceiling where he was waiting to surprise someone (Shizune or Tsunade i thinks) and, after freaking out which is what is shown in this gif, she bends forward and accidentally slams her forehead into his before passing out. Or is that what u were referring to and i just misunderstood? Oh well.
