That's what I figured, looked like she just had some normal little girl baby fat. Funny that when a girl has a normal weight she's accused of being pregnant.

Comparing all the previous pictures to this one, I can see why Anon1 thinks she's pregnant. Her stomach is completely flat in all the previous pictures, and the location of the bulge would suggest that she's pregnant.

Also, that's quite a bit more than just some normal little girl baby fat. If a young girl looks like that and isn't pregnant, than there's more than likely something wrong such as malnutrition or a parasite infection. If the fat was more spread out, then it wouldn't be a concern but a bulge like that is likely either pregnant, or some problem with the digestive tract.
