Though I woudn't be surprised if Evergreen's stare didn't affect Dragonslayers...I mean, they seem to be immune to pretty much all these little magic "conditions".

Well, dragons are immune against almost everything.
So if she's developed far enought I think she wouldn't have a problem with it.
