Meloetta is in pirouette form in this picture, which means that its psychic type was replaced by fighting type. Fighting not only resists both of T-tar's types, but it is also super effective against them. Having a double weakness against its opponent, it's really not very hard to see how this happened...

Just about every Fighting-type could easily take out Tyranitar if they're fast enough. Tyranitar actually isn't very good in defense...
