Every other boss in the game, I pack 3 Blue Potions and a Fairy in my bottles.

This fight, I just hope 4 Fairies is enough.

>Clear the ice and swamp dungeons, getting Blue Mail on the way

Why bother with the sword upgrades? Blind is a scripted fight, she only takes one damage regardless of what hits her. Three hits per head no matter what you use.
Blue mail helps though.
