I think he's talking about the doujins that portray the actual characters and relationships as opposed to the no plot, recycled "Oh so deep inside me" dialogue doujins that are in most pornsites, R16 and below(Which there are more of than R18 ones) don't get posted/translated nearly as much on the internet as the gratuitous hentai ones, so much so that for most netizens doujin has become synonym with porn.

Man, it would've developed alot more on the little sister route and actually go with the title of the anime, since its about the little sister, while most of the time the relation just goes from hostile to friendly. Where the my sister can't be this cute? So many unanswered questions.....
